Domestic and international sports should have different strategies regarding jobs. Different criteria should be developed for each kind of sports jobs to meet the respective needs. This is the responsibility of the government to nominate the body which would implement such strategy. Such a strategy should define the course of getting these jobs. Many countries have their own criteria and course of action. For instance, some countries require you to get job in the sports body at District level. Such a player would qualify for getting job in sports at Divisional level.

The next step would be Provincial level and then finally jobs in sports at national level would be offered. This phenomenon would sharpen the abilities of the players and at the end the best players would be selected at national level. On the other side, sometimes such players are also found who are vested with natural talent. This course of action is not adopted for them and they are selected directly at national level. The both said ways are adopted for getting the best players and these ways keep the whole nation striving for these jobs which goes in the benefit of that country in all respects.

Some countries require you to play with some counties before applying for jobs in sports at national level. Ways may be different but the purpose should be same. This purpose should only be the betterment of the society and the encouragement of the healthy positive activities.
