Suffer from high blood pressure? Well, do not be discouraged if your doctor has recommended you to minimize your consumption of table salt, there are infinite number of other options to give “more taste” to foods. Anyway, believe it would be a good opportunity to ‘learn’ to taste the natural flavor of food.

  • Triphala is beneficial for cardiac patients. It is a combination of amla fruit three, Harad and Bahera. Soak one teaspoon of triphala powder in water overnight, the filter in the morning and drinking water daily.
  • Take four leaves of holy basil leaves and two margosa with two to four teaspoons of water, empty stomach, for a week. This helps to reduce blood pressure.

Walking is an essential activity, very simple but very beneficial, it is even recommended as therapy for depression.

The walks help you stay active (a), relieves back pain, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels, reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes, relieve stress, help you lose weight, among other benefits.

But if you’re not accustomed (to) walk, or if you take time to do so and want to increase your stamina, here are some ways to walk longer:
