  • Triphala is beneficial for cardiac patients. It is a combination of amla fruit three, Harad and Bahera. Soak one teaspoon of triphala powder in water overnight, the filter in the morning and drinking water daily.
  • Take four leaves of holy basil leaves and two margosa with two to four teaspoons of water, empty stomach, for a week. This helps to reduce blood pressure.

Pregnant women with hypertension and excess red blood cells are more likely to have premature births or babies with low birth weight and women who smoke or not to take supplements during pregnancy.

These factors may affect fatal development during the first trimester of pregnancy. Although early ultrasound scans can help identify risk in infants.

However preterm or low birth weight babies tend to develop rapidly after birth, which can cause obesity in these children.
